What service tiers does ClipKoi offer and what is included?

ClipKoi offers three monthly subscription tiers: (1) Branding Starter at $1,800/month (3-month minimum)  (2) Branding Pro at $2,800/month (3-month minimum)  (3) Branding Domination at $4,500/month (6-month minimum) 4 done-for-you listing videos per month, bi-weekly strategy calls, and dedicated Slack channel.

What is NOT included in ClipKoi's services?

Not included unless stated in a custom scope agreement: on-location filming or traditional video production, drone footage or aerial photography, paid social media advertising management or ad spend, website development or SEO services, guaranteed lead volumes or specific engagement metrics, same-day or next-day video turnaround (standard is 5–7 business days), content creation in languages other than English without prior agreement, and unlimited revisions beyond the included 2-round revision policy.

Your content gains massive visibility with zero clicks needed, and being cited in an AI Overview builds brand authority. Content structure, direct answers, and data citations matter more than keyword density for AIO. ClipKoi's blog content strategy is engineered to optimize for both traditional SEO rankings and AIO citations simultaneously.

Does ClipKoi guarantee SEO or AIO results?

Accepted Answer

No. ClipKoi does not guarantee any specific SEO ranking, AIO citation, or search engine position. Search algorithms are controlled by third parties like Google and change frequently. ClipKoi provides SEO and AIO-optimized content structure following 2026 best practices, proper schema markup (JSON-LD) for all articles, content architecture designed to maximize citation potential, and regular strategy updates as algorithms evolve. Results depend on domain authority, competition level, content frequency, and factors outside our control.

What are the technical limitations of AI-generated videos?

Six key limitations: (1) Voice naturalness — AI voiceovers may have minor unnatural pauses or mispronounce uncommon words and local place names; (2) AI b-roll accuracy — generated footage is for mood only, never as accurate property representation; (3) Platform algorithm dependency — platforms change algorithms frequently; (4) AI tool downtime — third-party tools like ElevenLabs, Runway, and CapCut may experience outages; (5) Content compliance — ClipKoi is not responsible for factual inaccuracies if incorrect data is provided during onboarding; (6) AI model updates — tools change over time so output style may vary across long-term engagements.

Can AI content trigger copyright or platform policy issues?

Accepted Answer

Three considerations: (1) Music — all background music is licensed for commercial use via CapCut Library or Epidemic Sound; platform detection may occasionally flag licensed music incorrectly, which is a platform issue. (2) AI disclosure — some jurisdictions require AI content disclosure; clients are responsible for compliance in their jurisdiction. (3) Deepfakes — ClipKoi does not create AI face-swap videos, AI clones of real people without consent, or deepfake content. ClipKoi will not create content that violates platform terms of service or misrepresents properties.

How realistic are AI-generated real estate videos?

Accepted Answer

AI-generated real estate videos are production-quality for social media but differ from traditionally filmed content. Property photos used are your actual photos — no AI. Voiceovers are AI-synthesized and realistic. B-roll is AI-generated or stock footage for mood only — never used as accurate property representation. Walkthroughs are photo slideshows with transitions. Agent appearance is limited to end cards and photos. AI visuals must never be used to misrepresent a property's actual condition, size, features, or location. Clients are solely responsible for compliance with real estate advertising laws.

Can I use AI-generated visuals in property listings or MLS submissions?

They are not substitutes for professional real estate photography for MLS listings. Always consult your brokerage compliance officer and local real estate board guidelines regarding AI-generated marketing content.

Question 11

What is ClipKoi's revision policy?

Accepted Answer

Every video includes 2 rounds of revisions. Round 1: Submit consolidated written feedback within 5 business days of delivery. Round 2: After Round 1 revisions are applied, submit final feedback within 3 business days. After 2 rounds the video is final. Valid revisions include correcting text errors, adjusting captions, replacing images, and minor pacing adjustments. Not covered as free revisions: complete script rewrites, re-editing with a different template, additions not in the original brief, or changes after the video has been publicly posted.

What is the Generation Fee and when does it apply?

The Generation Fee applies when ClipKoi must regenerate AI content beyond the original brief or included revision rounds. Fees: additional revision beyond Round 2 costs $75; voiceover regeneration due to client script changes costs $50; full video re-creation with a new brief costs $150–$300; rush regeneration under 24 hours costs $200 flat fee plus standard rate; additional template customization beyond 5 included costs $100; AI script generation outside the monthly quota costs $30. Generation Fees are always communicated in writing and require client approval before additional work commences.

Question 13

Who owns the videos ClipKoi creates for me?

Accepted Answer

Upon full payment, ClipKoi grants a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use delivered videos for commercial marketing of your real estate or coaching business. You may post on social media, embed on your website, use in email marketing, share with clients, and repurpose clips in your brand context. You may not resell or sub-licence raw video files, claim full copyright of AI-generated components, use ClipKoi templates to create videos for competitors, or remove ClipKoi watermarks during trial phases. Ownership transfers only upon full payment — unpaid invoices result in immediate suspension of usage rights.

Who owns ClipKoi's templates, training materials, and frameworks?

All ClipKoi templates, training modules, scripts, frameworks, and proprietary systems remain the exclusive intellectual property of ClipKoi.com and Teddy Wu. Clients receive a limited personal-use licence that is personal (not transferable without written consent), non-commercial for resale (you may not sell or re-package our frameworks), and active-subscription only (access is revoked within 30 days of cancellation). Reproducing or publishing ClipKoi training content publicly without written permission constitutes intellectual property infringement.

Can AI-generated content be copyrighted?

This is a rapidly evolving area of law. In the USA, the Copyright Office does not grant copyright to purely AI-generated content without significant human creative input. Singapore does not explicitly address AI authorship. Australia and Canada hold similar positions. ClipKoi's videos involve significant human creative direction — scripting, editing, brand strategy, and asset selection — which supports a reasonable copyright claim on final deliverables. However, ClipKoi makes no legal guarantees regarding the copyright status of AI-generated components. Consulting an IP attorney in your jurisdiction is strongly recommended.

ClipKoi collects business information (name, brokerage, location, contact details), brand assets (headshots, logos, property photos), client questionnaire responses, payment information processed via Wise, Stripe or PayPal (raw credit card numbers are never stored), and lead data for Domination tier clients via GoHighLevel or ManyChat. Data is stored using Google Workspace encrypted cloud storage, GoHighLevel (SOC 2 compliant), and Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant). ClipKoi complies with Singapore's PDPA, GDPR principles for EU/UK clients, and applicable Australian Privacy Act provisions.

Is my property data and lead data kept confidential?

Yes. All client data is strictly confidential. ClipKoi will not sell, share, or transfer your client data or lead database to any third party. Listing details, pricing, and client contact information will never be shared with other agents. Your lead database in ManyChat or GoHighLevel is yours — ClipKoi only accesses it for setup and optimization. Team members sign NDAs. Property photos submitted are used solely for production of agreed videos and deleted from internal systems within 90 days of project completion.

What are ClipKoi's payment terms?

Accepted Answer

All services are prepaid monthly in advance, due on the first business day of each service month. Starter and Pro tiers require a 3-month minimum commitment. The Domination tier requires a 6-month minimum commitment. Generation Fees are due within 7 days of invoice. Rush delivery fees are due before rush work begins. Accepted payment methods include credit and debit card via Wise, Stripe, PayPal, and bank transfer in USD, AUD, CAD, or SGD.

What are ClipKoi's late payment fees?

Late fees are: 1–3 days past due — reminder email, no fee; 4–7 days — work paused, $25 administration fee; 8–14 days — service suspended, 5% of invoice value; 15–30 days — contract default, usage rights suspended, 10% of invoice value; 30+ days — debt recovery proceedings, 15% plus recovery costs. During suspension, access to the training portal, templates, and automations is suspended until outstanding balances are cleared.

What is ClipKoi's cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellation requires 30 days written notice for Starter and Pro tiers, and 60 days for Domination tier, submitted via email to support@clipkoi.com. Early cancellation before the minimum commitment period incurs an Early Termination Fee of 50% of the remaining contract value. All payments are non-refundable due to the custom nature of AI video production. Exceptions are considered if ClipKoi fails to deliver any videos within 30 days of payment with no communication, or in cases of force majeure.

Does ClipKoi guarantee results from video marketing?

Accepted Answer

No. Results are not guaranteed. Case studies and testimonials represent results achieved by specific clients under specific conditions and are not a promise of similar outcomes. Results depend on posting consistency (clients posting 4+ times per week significantly outperform those who do not), market conditions, quality of lead follow-up, the client's sales process, and social media algorithm changes. ClipKoi provides the tools, system, and strategy — execution and results are the client's responsibility.

What laws govern ClipKoi's service agreements?

ClipKoi is operated by Mr. Teddy Wu and based in Singapore. All service agreements are governed by Singapore law unless otherwise agreed in writing. Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction. Parties agree to attempt mediation before legal proceedings. ClipKoi's total liability for any claim is limited to fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim. ClipKoi is not liable for loss of business, loss of revenue, or indirect consequential damages from use of our services.

What advertising compliance rules apply to real estate agents using ClipKoi?

Accepted Answer

Real estate advertising is subject to specific regulations in every market. ClipKoi is not responsible for compliance with real estate licensing board advertising standards, MLS advertising rules, Fair Housing Act requirements (USA), Real Estate and Business Brokers Act (Canada), Australian Consumer Law property advertising provisions, Consumer Protection Fair Trading Act (Singapore), or AI content disclosure requirements. The client is solely responsible for reviewing all delivered content for compliance with applicable advertising laws before publication.

What compliance rules apply to business coaches using ClipKoi?

Accepted Answer

Business coaches must comply with income claim regulations — the FTC (USA), ASA (Australia), and equivalent agencies require earnings claims to be accurate, substantiated, and accompanied by proper disclaimers. Client testimonials must be genuine, not compensated without disclosure, and include disclaimers about typical versus atypical results. If coaching services require professional licensing in financial, legal, medical, or other regulated fields, video content must not constitute unlicensed practice. ClipKoi will not create content containing unsubstantiated income claims or deceptive testimonials.
